Basics

What is the US ESTA?

The Electronic System for Travel Authorization is a U.S. CBP system that determines eligibility to travel under the Visa Waiver Program for short tourist, business, or transit visits.

Is ESTA the same as a US visa?

No. ESTA is a travel authorization for citizens of Visa Waiver Program countries. A US visa is a separate document required for stays over 90 days, paid work, study, or other purposes.

How long is an approved ESTA valid?

Up to 2 years from approval, or until your passport expires — whichever is sooner. It covers multiple short trips during that window.

Fees & refunds

What does your service include?

We are a private third-party assistance service. Our service includes form handling, field validation, submission support, status tracking, and email customer support. The government fee is shown separately from our service fee.

What is the government fee for?

The government fee is set and collected by U.S. CBP. We do not control it and we do not mark it up. It is shown as a separate line item on your application.

Are service fees refundable if my application is denied?

No. The processing work was performed regardless of CBP's decision. The government fee is also non-refundable per CBP rules. See the Refund Policy for full detail.

Do you charge to modify a submitted application?

No. For fields CBP allows you to edit, modification is free. Other agencies typically charge $15–$30 for the same email.

Processing & approval

Can you guarantee approval or speed?

No. The decision and timing are set by U.S. CBP. Any agency claiming guaranteed or instant approval is selling marketing — not faster government processing.

How long does processing take?

Most decisions arrive within minutes, but CBP recommends applying at least 72 hours before travel in case of manual review.

What if I am denied?

You may apply for a traditional U.S. visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate. A denied ESTA does not automatically mean a visa will be denied.

Support

How do I get help?

Support requests can be submitted 24/7 via email. Typical response time is within 24 hours.

Do you offer phone support?

No. Email only. This keeps the service fee low. Email creates a written record, which is more useful for application troubleshooting anyway.

Are you affiliated with the U.S. Government?

No. We are a private third-party service providing assistance with US ESTA applications. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Government or U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
