Refund requests may be considered if submitted before your application has been processed and forwarded for authorization review. Once an application has been submitted for official processing, the service has been substantially performed, and refunds may no longer be available.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing timeline.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available after your application has been submitted for official processing, if your application is denied due to inaccurate information you provided, or if you fail to respond to requests for supplementary documentation within the specified timeframe.
