Our service fee covers processing work. Once an application has been transmitted to U.S. CBP, the service fee is generally non-refundable because the work has been performed.
The government fee is collected and forwarded to U.S. CBP. Refundability of the government fee is governed by U.S. CBP rules, not by us.
