Refund Policy Overview
Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with ESTA application processing requirements.
We understand plans may change after submitting your ESTA application request. You may receive a refund of our service fee if you cancel within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After 24 hours, or if your ESTA application has been submitted to US government authorities, refunds are generally not available.
When You Might Receive a Refund
Within 24 Hours of Payment
You may cancel your ESTA application within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation and receive a full refund of our service fee, provided the application has not yet been submitted to US authorities.

- Application must not be submitted to government systems
Unable to Provide Service
Refunds may be issued if we are unable to provide our service due to technical issues, system failures, or circumstances preventing us from processing your ESTA application.
Government Fee Refunds
In certain cases, government fees may be refundable directly through official government channels. We may assist by providing documentation where applicable.
When Refunds Are Not Available
After 24-Hour Window
If cancellation is requested after 24 hours of payment confirmation, service fees are generally non-refundable.
Application Submitted to Government
Once your ESTA application has been submitted to US government systems, no service or government fees can be refunded.
Completed Applications
If your ESTA application has been processed successfully, refunds are not available.
Unlawful or Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to refuse service and retain fees if unlawful or suspicious activity is suspected.
